What Does Backache Along With Shortness Of Breath Indicate?

I have had several attacks with pain and feels like it s cutting my breath off . I went to ER Saturday they did blood work , chest X-ray, and EKG, everything was find so they ruled out a heart attack. said it was acid reflux. I am 67 years old . I have been having lower back pain, shortness of breath and wheezing could any of this be related.

if there is shortness of breath and wheezing then there is possibility of chronic obstructive pulmonary syndrome at this age. for this flow spirometry has to be done to check various volumes of lungs and lower back ache might not be associated with this complaint and it can be a separate problem
