What Does Backache On The Right Side Indicate?

Woke up in the middle of night with achy, mildly throbbing pain in middle of my back on the right side. Could not find a comfortable position lying down but a little more tolerable sitting up until Advil took edge off. Today, still uncomfortable and front of abdomen a little tender and have continued with Advil today.

You are having right side back pain. So kidney disease like infection should be ruled out by USG examination. USG will also beneficial in rule out stone, liver and intestinal pathology if present. According to cause specific treatment given. Consult physician for examination.
