What Does Bacteria ++ And Pus Cells-10-12 In Urine Test Suggest?

Hi I m 23 weeks pregnant and got a urine test done, per my gynae s advice. Here is the report: Haemoglobin: 12.5, Transparency: Turbid, Pus cells: 10-12, Epithelial Cells: 12-15, Others: Bacteria ++. is everything okay, will it harm the baby in anyways?

DO YOU HAVE ANY URINARY SYMPTOMS LIKE BURNING IN URINE OR FREQUENT URINATION OR FEVER. DEPENDING ON THAT ANTIBIOTICS WILL HAVE TO BE STARTED.
URINE INFECTION IN PREGNANCY CAN LEAD TO FEVER WHICH IS NOT GOOD FOR BABY. EVEN PREMATURE PAINS CAN HAPPEN WHICH NEEDS TO DEALT WITH.
