What Does Bad Cough Followed By Wheezing And Mild Pain In Chest Mean?

Hi, a couple days ago i had a bad bad cough and thats the first day it started it was so bad that i had to get to a doctor i went in and they gave me antibiotics Clarithromycin.. the next day the cough settled down and wasn't as bad as before.. but then i realised i have wheezing everytime i take a deep breath and im wondering what wheezing means? where does wheezing come from? is it death related? should i be very concerned sence im such a worried person, i am 16 years old by the way.. after two days I woke up and when i took a deep breath the wheezing didnt come out.. instead i got a pain in my chest just a tiny pain but still... could you tell me what this means?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this is the allergic cough and antibiotic was not necessary here, in my opinion the best option to treat this case is Tab Loratidine with pseudo ephedrine, three times in day, no need to worry about this, the symptoms would come around soon, take care and have a nice day.
