Few pus cells in semen are normally seen,but culture and sensitivity of semen can be done to exclude out infection.
Motility of sperms is normal.Normally it should be at least 55%. Morphology of sperms and liquefaction time are normal.
You should do exercise and take nutritious food.Findings are expected to improve.If it doesn't improve then assisted fertilization techniques can be used.
