Stool examination of a five months old male baby: P.E.colour: yellowish, consistency is liquid, mucus is present, reaction is acidic, P.H. is 6, Pus cells are 2-3/hpf, starch present, Epithelial cells are 1-2/hpf, kindly tell whether everything is alright, he is passing stool 6-7 times a day from last two weeks
