Welcome to health care magic.

1.Your uterus seen bulky due to presence of multiple fibroids.
2.Anteverted - is anterior lie of the uterus in relation ship to the urinary bladder, its one of the normal variations of the uterus.
3.There are multiple lesions seen in the uterine muscle - myometrium. with calcific degenerations.
4.Small lesions can be treated with the hormonal therapy - but calcified fibroid, difficult to say about possibilities of pregnancies.
5.Operative procedure to remove the fibroids is also complicated procedure.
6.In this case intervention procedure is what will be helpful i think - you can enquire with your treating doctor. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
