What Does Bilateral Free Peritoneal Spill In The Below HSG Report Suggest?

hi. my results says there is bilateral free peritoneal spill. both uterine tubes appear normal in calibre and patent. uterine cavity is anteverted and normal with no evident filling defects shown. Please explain there is bilateral free peritoneal spill

Bilateral free peritoneal spill in HSG means both your fallopian tubes are patent and normal ,and there is no pathology.
So , that means your HSG is totally fine.
