Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. As per your sonogram report, you are experiencing polycystic ovaries. This along with absence of menstrual cycles recently, is suggestive of polycystic ovarian disease, which carries with it features like hormone imbalance, failure of ovulation, infertility, obesity, abnormal hair growth etc. This is a condition with very good response to treatment and hence you need not worry. It is not harmful when appropriately managed. Maintain a healthy diet, regular exercise and a healthy weight as this helps to control the hormone imbalance to a reasonable extent. Hope this information is helpful. Take care.
