What Does Black And Brown Specs In Discharge Means?

for some time I have noticed black and brown specs on my toilet paper and toilet seat after going to the bathroom. I don't have itching or anything like that but I do wear feminine napkins quite a bit just in case of excess discharge. I don't know what is causing the specs but It worries me.
