What Does Black Bowel Movement After Gallbladder Removal Indicate?

Hi iam 32 i had my gallbladder removed couple of months ago recently my stool becomes soft black and some brown i have a little discomfort on my belly mid right. any idea what causes this? im being paranoid that i might have cancer so please help. thanks.
