What Does Black Rashes On The Vagina Indicate?

I m 52 years of age I m going through menopause stopped menstruating in early may wake up with hot flashes gained extra weight so everything that comes with it last year found a cyst in my left breast 4 years ago I had tissue removed from my uterus was okay then last year had this little mole on my vagina last night I was shaving looked down to see these black marks that look like when Old people s skin gets very thin and they bruise it looks like blood under the skin I looked it up but have gotten know where I have been in a relationship for over 13 years and we work and live together so it can t be an std but I need answers I am worried about this can t tell my fiance because he might think stupid what could it be I ve tried finding a picture to see what it could be in had sexual intercourse last month I only have one partner and were together 24 7 there is no sores and know itching just these ugly black marks on my vagina lips know smell or discharge please help made an appointment with my doctor but I don t wanna wait to find out
