What Does Blackish Vagina In A White Woman Imply?

My skin is caucasion but around my vagina is now blackish grey it's really stretchy, like there's extra skin and the folds are acting like skin when it's dehyrdated. I have not been sexually active (other than masturbating) for over 3 months and I am pretty sure that I had a herpes outbreak recently for the first time. the inside looks fine, although, the discharge that comes out smells pretty bad. I have no idea what to do or what this means! can you help me?
