What Does Bleeding During Bowel Movements Indicate?

Hi, about 8 years ago I noticed fresh red blood when I made a bowel movement. didnt hurt though. I joked with my wife it was my time of month cause it would hapen maybe every 3 to 5 weeks for a few days .. I felt healthy so didnt worry about it , I whent on happening for another year and it started to bother me , somtimes cramps , and sometimes a lot more bloode and i was feeling tierd a lot so i got bloode tests cameras in both ends and couldnt find a problem, so I caried on with life. But then about 6 to 8 months later it was so bad , It was like diarrhea but all blood and went on for about 5 weeks I was relay tired could walk up 5 steps without almost passing out few time actually did , couldn t walk far or work or anything , id go from my house to my truck and be out of breath. long story short I went to hospital and my blood level was 60% they gave me 2 blood transfusions , did all the test again and again and never found out why, it still happens every few weeks or so but not as much blood and always poop 10 or more times a day , what is wrong with me. thanks, Dale.
