What Does Bleeding From Ears Of A Child Mean?

Phi last night I was cleaning my three year old daughters ears with a q tip and she fights me now this last year when I do it so I think it went in to far cuz there was a little red mark on one if them and now her ear is bleeding and there was blood on her pillowcase this morning?

Here your daughter's ear should be examined by otoscopy examination ...
It will help in revealing injury to ear drum....
This is suspected because chance of trauma by stick while cleaning ear.

Depending on injury treatment guided.
Sometime associated infection might be there.

Rest taken.
For pain analgesic given....

Then if needed surgical management might done or for infection antibiotic given.

Consult Ent surgeon for rhinoscopy examination.
