What Does Bleeding From The Corners Of The Eyes Indicate?

Hello Web Doctor, I had bleeding in my corner of the eye -- it was probably due to rubbing eye when I felt discomfort on that area. I suddenly had headache and when I discovered it was real bleeding veins on my eye. It has been now 4 days-- it is healing. Prior to that I did exercise in trade mill and rowing. This bleeding patter is the second time that happened. Wanted to know is it severe? What should I do. Bye the way, it is healing but not going away. I still see red eye and bloods are disappearing leaving some in the gutter of the eye. Thank you, Priya

should be examined by eye doctor and rule out corneal ulcer or corneal erosion.avoid rubbing your eyes and take rest. treatment can be recomanded after proper diagnosis if required staining can be done.
