What Does Bleeding In Yeast Infection Treatment Imply?

my husband was away for about 6mos and when he got back we had a lot of sex in one day. Well i thought i had a yeast infection so i use the 1 day yeast insert medication and i havent had sex for what is like10 days i thought i was fine and my husband and i had sex but now i have bleeding which is lite in color and sort of orange red. What should I do? am i starting my period or is it something more?
