Hi,

Bleeding while using Cerazette (a progestogen-only contraceptive pill) can have several causes. In some cases, it may be normal, especially during the first few months of using the pill. However, if bleeding persists or becomes heavy and painful, it may indicate an underlying medical condition or an issue with the contraceptive method.

In your case, it's possible that the bleeding you are experiencing is due to the transition between the Implanon implant and the Cerazette pill. It can take a few weeks for the body to adjust to the new hormone levels, which may cause irregular bleeding. However, since you are still bleeding heavily and experiencing stomach cramps despite taking the Cerazette pill, it's important to speak with your healthcare provider.

Your healthcare provider may recommend a different contraceptive method, such as the combined oral contraceptive pill, which contains both estrogen and progestogen hormones and can help regulate the bleeding. Alternatively, they may suggest an intrauterine device (IUD) or a different type of implant.

It's important to discuss your concerns and preferences with your healthcare provider to determine the best course of action for you. You should seek medical attention immediately if the bleeding and cramping are severe.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
