SIR I HAD UNDER GONE ROUTINE BLOOD ANALYSIS FOR MY FASTING SAMPLE FOR BIOCHEMISTRY AND SOME VALUES I WANT TO TELL YOU WHICH ARE ON HIGHER SIDE LIKE Na 146mEq/L k 4.9mEq/L CL 107mEq/L CH 203.3U/L LIPASE 66U/L ACID PHOSPHATASE 8.5U/L IS IT VERY MUCH ALARMING REPORT TO WORRY OR I CAN RECOVER TO NORMAL WHAT SHOULD I DO FOR IT

Looking at the reports, most of them appear to be near normal. For recovery or improvement purpose, my opinion is as follows:
1. Drink plenty of fluids and free water
2. Weight loss
3. Diet control of fat and carbohydrates
4. Moderate exercise
