Hi, Thanks for asking. Looking at the reports, most of them appear to be near normal. For recovery or improvement purpose, my opinion is as follows: 1. Drink plenty of fluids and free water 2. Weight loss 3. Diet control of fat and carbohydrates 4. Moderate exercise
