What Does Blood Clot Vaginal Discharge Indicate?

Hello, I just had a few questions and I know I should just go to the doctors and I will but I thought I d ask here first. I had protected sex on May 26th and he did cum inside me with the condom but quickly pulled out after he did. Everything seemed fine but I got paranoid and bought first response pregnancy tests 2 weeks later and I took the test early morning the next day and it was a negative, the pharmacist told me to try again with the next one in a week and I took it on the following Tuesday and it tested as negative once again and that was the 17th of June but then two days later I wiped after I went pee and there was light blood and some blood clots in my urine, my pee wasn t bloody but there were some blood clots which were dark. I don t get my period regularly so its hard to pin point anything then it stopped for a couple days but I kept a liner in just in case and started up again on Saturday and again the blood clots were there but this time it was a little bit heavier but now it is Tuesday the 24th and it seems to have slowed down again to almost nothing but still blood clots. I understand that blood can be darker due to it being inside of you for too long if you don t have a regular period, what gives? the pregnancy test said it was negative twice and I looked up implantation bleeding and it said it would have happened 2 weeks after or so and only for a day so I m not quite sure what this means.
