What Does Blood Discharge After Sex Indicate?

I am 49, was not sexually active for months, when i got back with my ex bf, we had sex, i felt i was stetched when he penetrated and saw a very little blood stain (almost like a smear) like from a scratch on the towel. (I gave birth thru CS), his size is big too. Is this alarming?

As you get down to intima5e terms your organs would be accustomed with size and strokes of your partner's organs.
