General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing in HCM.
Wiping of blood post urination could be due to two reasons:
1. Urinary tract infection.
2. Damage to mucosa due to urinary calculi.
To find out why this could be, kindly get the following investigations done:
1. Urine microscopy.
2. Urine culture and sensitivity.
3. Ultrasound scan of the abdomen.
Kindly consult Urologist in this regard with the reports for appropriate management.
Hope the information provided is clear.
All the best.
