What Does Blood In Cough Imply?

My 18 yr olddaughter started coughing up blood app. 2 yrs ago..she was hospitalized and checked for TB..Theybdid a lung scope and flushed the lungs but found nothing..She coughs up blood now everytime she has her period so they put a drain from her lung while she was showing symptoms..They found endomitrium in her lung..I can get no answers and because its so rre they wsant to give her luprin to stop her periods..I am very frustrated because they not one doctor in th detroit ot Flint Mich area has even seen it..I keep asking if it will cause long term problems..is she in danger and no on e knows anything..All information i am reading on endomitriosis is only about the reproductive systems..THIS IS HER LUNG and I would like to find some information on endomitriosis in the lung..Thank you
