What Does Blood In Urine And Stool Indicate?

Hi, my fiancé complained to me the other night that he has had blood in his urine and stool, and has been vomiting for the past 3 days now. He refuses to go to the dr but I feel there’s something severely wrong. Any ideas? He’s been able to eat, having a strong appetite. But after he eats he gets sick and vomits it all up. Should I be concerned? He only complained of the bloody stool and urine one day. But has thrown up the past 3 nights.

Yes, he needs assessment of liver and kidney function by lab tests like TLC, DLC. ESR , serum bilirubin , SGOT , SGPT , serum alkaline phoshphatase , blood urea and serum creatinine besides ultrasound abdomen.
