What Does Blood In Urine Indicate?

I am 82 years old,phisically 100 % fit.Go to gym every morning,walk half hour at 3,5 miles/hour.Do some weights and flexing machines.Today m y blood presure was 121/80 and 62 pulses per hour approx.I weigh 190 lbs.Had kidney stones 5 or 6 years ago,now I feel fine.This morning I noticed blood in the urine.why?I am leaving for Fla. tomorrow for 45 days.I would like your opinion.My email: YYYY@YYYY - I am greatly appreciated for any opinion you can give me. Have your urine tested and see urologist urgently.
