Hi,
Having passing blood in urine for long time requires evaluation of your case.
This can not be due to urinary tract infection as you have treated with antibiotic.
You require, 1, Routine urine check up with culture and sensitivity test,
2, Ultra sound of kidneys,
3, if require cystocsopic examination.
This will be helpful for having any chronic lesion or stones in the kidneys.
consult urologist and discuss about this.
Ok and take care.
