Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your lipid profile is towards upper range.
At present you only need diet and lifestyle modification. If raised cholesterol level and triglyceride level persists then you should take medicines.
You should reduce your weight if you are overweight.
You should avoid red meat and high fat milk products.
Cook food in olive or canola oil.
You should take limited salt in your diet.
Take lot of fruits and vegetables. You should also increase your physical activity in the form of walking and exercise.
You can also do meditation and yoga.It will help a lot.

Other findings like hemoglobin level,WBC,PCV,blood sugar level, serum urea, creatinine, uric acid level are within normal limit.

Hope I have answered your question.

Take Care
