My Name is venkat , we are planing for icsi, doctor suggested for Menstrual Blood test. report -Control bands :-Amplified, Sps identified :- M.tuberculosis complex, Rifampicin :- Sensitive, Isoniazid :- Sensitive. My count is 15 mil/per ml. what sholud we do sir

Hi,
Looking at the report of culture and sensitivity, I would say you are suffering from tuberculosis infection.
Additionally the report also indicates good sensitivity to Rifampicin and Isoniazid. They can used in your treatment profile for tuberculosis.
Consult with you doctor and get prescriptions for medications.
You might need to take medications upto 6-9 months depending on the method being used.
Any further plans for ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection) should wait till tuberculosis is completely cured as procedure could fail due to infection..
