What Does Blue Discoloration Around The Breasts Indicate?

Before I showered this morning, I was shocked to see large blue tinted skin around the top of my sports bra that started at the arm pits to around the back and also spreading around my upper arms. I have never seen anything like this before. The sports bra is extremely comfortable, not tight, well worn. There was no clothing That could have stained my body. It was very alarming.Almost 24 hours later, it still remains
