What Does Breast Pain With Nose Bleeds Suggest?

I am 49 years old just had my menstral cycle also just started to take nexium again as I was feeling a pain in the upper left side above breast and also am feeling hot and then cold and also woke up yesterday with a nose bleed. what can this all mean?

hello,thanks for your query, nose bleed at 49 yrs, could be due to simple nasal bleeding by finger nail trauma or hypertension or some bleeding polyp. kindly evaluate with an ent surgeon. coming to your chest pain do one ecg to rule out any cardiac abnormality and have a visit with physician. hope i have answered your query. all the best. take care.
