What Does Bright White Spots On X Ray Mean?

my son had an ankle sprain and had an x ray done. i do not get the results until monday but the 1st xray came out normal. my son told me that on the second xray parts of the ankle appeared a bright white and the rest was normal white
shoul i be worried

1.White thing in the bone are hemangiomas generally, they are incidental findings no intervention will be done.
2.If it is seen in the muscle, its muscular calcifications seen in case of previous infections after healing.
3.Your x-ray first and second changes seems like - some sclerosing changes after a fracture.
4.Suggest to wait to see the x-ray by a specialist / doctor before jump in to conclusion.
