What Does Brown Blood Mean In Discharge?

Hi I am 21 and on tri cyclon low birth control. I missed 3 pills and got my period. I then caught myself up with the pills and continued to finish the pack and went on to the next pack without stopping for anther period. Ever since I have had a light brown discharge. It has been a couple weeks now
