What Does Brown-discharge After Sex Indicate ?
Brown discharge makes me worries a lot.After having sex with my partner,I feel a bit pain and thick brown discharge occurs frequently.What is happening to me actually?I washed my vagina using DETTOL SOAP which is antibacterial but the pain won t go away.What step to how to wash properly my pubic areas to maintain my hygiene & so do my partner?Please tell me..Urgent!!

you may be having infection and need gynaecological check up and treatment and in these cases both the partners should take treatment
and abstinence till the infection cleared
better to use condome to prevent cross infection in future
simple cleaning with clean water is enough after sex as normal discharges are supposed to be sterile

The swelling on left side of vagina may a Bartholin cyst. also there seems to be sign of vaginitis .
you will need some antibiotics,antiinflamatory drugs after local examination &investigations.the cyst may need incision. only your gynac can advice exactly.
PLease get yourself checked soon. don't worry ,you will be compleately fit.

-what is your age?
_how is your menstrual cycle? How many day cycle, bleeding how much duration,any pain?
-How many children?
-any white discharge?
-any urine problem?

The antibiotics to be taken will be decided after examining locally dear. the dose & type of medicines will be according to severity of the problem .So be agood girl &seek dr's advice soon .sooner the treatment,lesser will be the suffering.
no specific dietary advice for pain relief.
Now as you have swelling & pain &discharge,you should clean it with warm water with dettol or savalon. at the time of bath,&every time after toilet,+mob it dry .you should avoid sex till cured.
Routinely the same cleaning regime to be followed with clean water,even after sex.cleanliness of both partners is a must.Doushes should not be done unless medically indicated.
