What Does Brown Discharge While On Implant Mean?

I have brown stuff coming from my private area, had it for a while its normally area 2 weeks of my period. I m on the implant so sometimes I have no periods. Something sex is painful sometimes it fine. I do have pelvis pain and in my tummy, I m wondered I have cancer

Such discharge is common in irregular menses and some time may be seen in regular one this is nothing to worry this may be due to some retention of some blood and this comes out later on with change of color and odor too, hope this information helps, take care.
