What Does Brown Vaginal Discharge Indicate?

I have a female question. I have endometriosis but it has been dormant. I am in menopause. I have a brownish mucous discharge that comes and goes periodically. I m not sure if it s a serious sign or not. I didn t know if it related to fibroids or ovarian cysts. Do you know what this means? thanks.

dear mam. brownish discharge needs to be looked after. kindly get a pap test done along with ultrasound abdomen. based on these two tests v can assertain the cause and consider treatment. thank u
