What Does Brown Vaginal Discharge Indicate?

i am 42 years old, recently in November had an abortion and so after a month after period on 21st December and after a gap of one week after period had one time intercourse with my husband, as he was operated vasectomy, now started getting some blood, and stopped for sometime, and now the brown discharge in the urine now in January, with little smelly. So is there is any issue with that, can you please help me in this regard, feeling tensed related to that
