Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Browne vomitus may be blood from ulcer or esophageal varices. Please avoid spicy food and alcohol. Use tablet Nexiumbefore breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved please consult your Gastroentrologist he will do endoscopy and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
