What Does Brownish Spotting Between Periods Suggest?
Experiencing spotting (brownish color, very light, usually just with urination) for about a week after a normal period. Periods have always been about 5 days, very regular my whole life. Now 40, is this a sign of early stages of menopause or something more serious?

I believe that you are at early stages of menopause which is causing you the spotting and delayed periods. You should get evaluated firstly doing an ultrasound and a pap smear.
