What Does Bubble Behind Fetus Nose In Sonogram Indicate?

my daughter just returned from having a sonagram done. there was a 'bubble' behind the fetus' nose. there seemed to be some question but nothing was told to my daughter. what could it be? she is around 28 weeks along. should there be concern? she was asked to have another done next week.

Thanks for choosing healthcaremagic.
In the sonogram, a bubble appears as a black rounded region. In case of the fetus, we can see the nasal bone clearly which is white in appearance so probably behind it there was a rounded black spot seen. Most likely, it should not be significant as some amniotic fluid enters the nasal cavity and can give that appearance. So I don't think you should be concerned about it.
At 28 weeks, the baby is seen pretty clearly, so there should not be much doubt about it. Please don't be worried/concerned about it.
