What Does Bulky Ovary On Ultrasound Suggest?

hello doctor my name in soumiya i am from UAE last week i take scan ultrasound of pelvis my report say utreus is normal size endometrial thickness also normal my right ovary is bulky 52x26mm long multiple small follicles are seen in it my both side ovary . Left ovary also bulky 55x17mm long urinary bladder shows normal no mass or calculas is seen it .but doctor said ovaries appear polycystic to some extentthen serum FSH andLH study may be done to exclude PCOD my period is regular my scan report any problem plz reply
