What Does Bulky Uterus In The Below Ultrasound Report Suggest?
I had an ultrasound scan because of my in-between period bleeding and the results was that the:::Uterus- Anteverted, bulky with normal outline. The endometrial is empty. The myometrium is clear. AP diameter of the uterus is 51mm. DIAGNOSIS:: Bulky Uterus. Please what does it mean. Please help me and explain by throwing more light on it. Thank you.

I really appreciate your concern, bulky uterus is very common condition seen and it is most of the time due to adenomyosis but what cause the adenomyosis is not know, it is all depends upon the clinical symptoms, in sever cases it could be the matter of concern, differential diagnosis is matter of concern as long as bulky uterus is concern hope this information helps.
