What Does Bulky Uterus Mean?

A CAT scan indicated a bulky uterus. I'm 51, having trouble losing weight, look around 5 months pregnant if I relax my stomach; periods still come, but are starting to skip a month here and there. What is a bulky uterus? I also feel crampy alot..have a continuous brown spotting for most of the month
