What Does Bulky Uterus On A Pelvic Echography Mean?

Hi,doc,i missed my period for one month now,i did a pelvic echography which show a bulky uterus with a heterogeenous echo pattern,enclosing several fibroids nodules(1 cm),sub-fibroids and sub-mucous.its shows a heterogeneous,non-gravid uterus free adnexal

Hi and welcome to HCM.
Bulky uterus on US meand that there is irregular shape of uterus most commonly caused by fibroids as your repoer suggests. However, these are small fibroids which dont require surgical treatemtn at this point. It may cause irregular bleeding during periods but it can be managed with hormonal therapy.
