General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Unfortunately you will have to visit a doctor. The lump along with fever clearly indicates an abscess. It could appear due to sebaceous cyst infection. Please note that from forehead to brain is very close. So any infection in the head area can spread to the brain.
That is why you should not wait any longer. Please visit a surgeon as soon as possible.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
