What Does Burning Sensation After Urination Indicate?

I have a thickened bladder wall, some blood showed in urine test. Negative for uti. No fever. Burning after urinating and pressure like feeling. Nauseous at times. No pain. I m nervous it s cancer. I am waiting to go for cystoscope. Just wondering what could cause such symptoms both my parents and older sister have blood in urine too.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
In my opinion hematuria that is blood in urine could be due to renal calculi or infection in kidneys.
Carcinoma would be lower in the differential diagnosis.
An ultrasound or a CT scan is advisable.
