What Does Burning Sensation And Pressure Behind The Right Breast Indicate?

HI, I am trying to stop taking Nexium, what I am noticing is a burning, pressure pain behind my right breast, acid reflux. I will give in & take a Nexium, within an hour the symptoms are gone. I ve tried other over the counter meds & nothing else seems to help I have been on Nexium for years. Thank You

Nexium is having Pantoprazole. It is antacid drug. Since your symptoms improve after Nexium intake, possibility of acute gastritis due to hyperacidity is more likely. Along with drugs, you need to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
2. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals. Avoid hot and spicy food.
3. Quit smoking and alcohol if you have these habits.
4. Go for walking after meals. Keep 2-3 pillows under head in bed.

Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
