Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptom you reported is suggestive for cervical disc herniation.
It causes compression of the nerves manifested with burning sensation.
An MRI of the cervical vertebrae is needed to confirm the diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query.
