General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, sorry to hear about your condition. Glad you reached HCM with your question.
Coming to your concern, burning sensation in passing urine associated with frequency, urgency, feeling of unemptiness of bladder are suggestive of urinary tract infection (UTI) or sometimes urinary calculi also shows similar symptoms.
It is better to go for urine routine test, urine culture and sensitivity and ultrasound of lower abdomen and pelvis to find out the exact diagnosis.
If it is only UTI, then drinking plenty of fluids, taking alkaliser syrup like Citralka will help in reducing the burning sensation.
Hope the above informations are helpful to you.
