General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I do not know your age or your past medical history but also without that I would recommend you to go to the Cardiologist and take some cardiac examinations.

These burning sensations can come from heart disease and it is very important to visit a doctor.

If you were my patient, I would make an ECG, a cardiac sonography, and probably if there is no problem with that, a stress test.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anila Skenderi
