What Does Burning Sensation In The Stomach Indicate?

I notice that whenever I am upset or internalize issues, my stomach gets a burning sensation. I ve also been rectally slightly bleeding for years. Ive not gone for a colonoscopy because I have no one to drive me back from procedure. I m a type A personality, and take things extremely serious -

Hello there . I have read through your question and according to my understanding you have gastritis. It is common in Type A personalities as stress and anxiety are triggers and increase acid production. You have also mentioned that you have rectal bleeding which can be a sign of haemorrhoid s or some serious condition like colon cancer. I would advise you to see a surgeon as soon as possible. Meanwhile you can take a proton pump inhibitor like omeprazole on empty stomach to relieve gastric acidity. I hope that answers your question.
